Fan’s Metal Building Home In Edom, Texas (10 Pictures & Floor Plan)

It’s a perfect mix of elegance and coziness; that’s what this metal home building is all about. Ryan G., the house’s owner has thought and planned every detail of the metal home. It is clearly evident in the given floor plan. The plan is detailed, and you will not even believe that it was built for, more or less, five months.

The metal home’s location has a perfect 360 panoramic view that you only often witness in movies.

The house location is stunning. It is located in the scenic part of Edom, Texas, giving the house the country feel to it. Vast green fields welcome your eyes as you gaze through the home’s windows. The house, which is built just this year (2016), is situated on secluded 10 acres of land with nothing but deer and other wildlife animals as your constant visitors. This 2400 square feet house can certainly pass as the beautiful cabin in the woods in most Disney movies. The 360 degrees panoramic view is also a bonus.

This beautifully structured 40’ x 60’ metal home building has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a study. The kitchen is nothing but a stunner as well with its 7’ island with custom-made cabinets and granite, and don’t get us started with the flooring; it has a stained flooring which is scored on a diagonal pattern.

The start shape above the high ceiling stone fireplace is certainly an eye catcher.

If you are worried about cooler days, then the massive stone fireplace in the living room is more than enough to keep you warm. The stone fireplace has an 1800’s reclaimed mantel, a perfect way to add a unique look to your home. Moreover, if you feel bored watching TV and just staying in your study, this metal home by Ryan G. Also offers an impressive front porch, which is perfect for watching the Texas sunset!

The owner is ecstatic and couldn’t be any happier with his metal home, and we can’t say otherwise. It is indeed a stunning, beautifully structured metal home building.

Stats: 40’x60′ (2,400 sq.ft.), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office, 10’x60′ front porch.

Price: the owner would rather not share it publicly.
