Prefab Home Kits

A 746 sq ft floor plan example features two bedrooms, one bathroom, an open kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. It is even spacious enough to allow for an office area. The shell can cost between $89K – $138K.
Other than round homes, Deltec also offers other floor plans categorized as Renew Collection. For example, Ridgeline A and B features south-facing glass, vaulted ceilings, and side entry porches providing additional outdoor living space. The total square footage is more than 1,500 square feet, costing around $150K – $160K.
Delivery
Once the homes are prefabricated, they will ship them to the job site, where they will be assembled on their foundation. However, Deltec doesn’t work on the foundation prep of your home; this will be done by your local builder. The shell can be assembled in a few days, after which your builder will finish the interior walls depending on your floor plan.
Deltec will provide your builder with the floor plan, hardware, instructions, and everything they need to finish your home. They can set up an onsite consultant to assist with the assembly if needed.
Cost
