- Redline the changes (i.e. add porch, erase a wall, move doors, etc.)
- Scan/photograph it in good quality (ideally in color) and attach to the form below
- Describe modifications in detail below (i.e. expand bedroom by 3′; add 4′ x 12′ front porch; etc.)
