  • Plumbing Drawings (septic, plumbing pipe sizes, locations, etc.) – your subcontractors will handle that
  • Energy calculations

* Price: $0.4/sq. ft. if your project exceeds the square footage of the package.

** Additional rounds of modifications will be charged at $70/hour.
