Products and Services

What is post-frame or pole-frame construction? It has been a popular building technique for its durability and efficiency. Barn Pros uses this construction style in their engineered kits, which involve the use of pressure-treated (PT) posts enclosed in concrete to provide structural support. The flexibility of design and function is a major advantage of post-frame construction, enabling a single building to serve multiple purposes. This versatility is one of the key benefits that post-frame construction offers. For more information, you can check out the pros and cons of metal building homes.

Barn Pros offers a range of floor plan options to customize structures to meet individual needs. The various model choices are specifically designed to complement the building’s size, appearance, and intended use, resulting in a distinctive and attractive finished product.

They design and build three main types of structures. If you need a pole barn home, a barn to store livestock, or a shop, Barn Pros has got you covered. Let’s go into detail about the different buildings they offer.

The structure features a spacious parking area in front of the house, with large windows on the upper floor offering plenty of natural light. The surrounding landscape includes green fields, trees, and a few scattered houses, creating a peaceful and idyllic atmosphere.

Living

The company has a selection of barn homes, also known as barndominiums. This has been a popular alternative to traditional housing because of its versatility and the wide variety of possible custom floor plans with this type of construction. Check out our Facebook Group, where you will see discussions from other enthusiasts about barndominiums.

Their pole barn home kits include interior wall framing, exterior doors and windows, rough-in stairs, and subfloors to prepare for finishes. Once the general construction of the Barn Pros package is complete, the customer will need to hire plumbers, electricians, and other contractors to complete the interior finish and utility work, as Barn Pros does not provide finish materials or perform any of the interior finish or utility work. Coordination with local contractors is necessary to complete these projects.

Barns

Barns are the company’s cream of the crop. They are built to serve their purpose excellently while keeping aesthetics on point. Their barns can be used to shelter horses, for agricultural purposes, recreational purposes, or any purpose you want. They have three different styles: Gable, Monitor, and Gambrel.

Shop

The Barn Pros’ shops are built to store farm equipment, vehicles, and all kinds of machinery. It is important to keep such equipment from the elements. For those looking for a place to store horse trailers, boats, or RVs, Barn Pros offers a wide selection of shops to meet your needs.

Cost

It can be tricky to nail down cost because it depends on several factors, such as your location, the purpose and size of the building, and the customization features you would opt for. The good thing is that Barn Pros have a cost calculator on their website that takes into account the size of the building, the area of livable space, and the construction cost in your location. Of course, another option is to give them a call to request a quote on barndominium cost, for example.

Client Testimonials

“Barn Pros was great!  Samantha was our contact person and she did a fantastic job.  We were also super pleased with the turn around time of purchase/shipping.  We contacted other places, all were more expensive and were going to take longer to ship our order.  Barn Pros also helped connect us to people who were very instrumental in our building process.  While I believe we could have possibly built our project for less money, the support and customer service we received made our purchase a great value.”

“Great experience!  The barn is beautiful. When  someone sees it for the first time, their first words are WOW.  I couldn’t be happier.  I heard a lot of no’s because my project was small until I called Barn Pros.  And let me add even though I am a kitchen/bath designer, I have never designed a barn!  Bryce did a fantastic job guiding me through the process.  Thank you Barn Pros for my amazing barn…”
