The main floor is divided into three parts. The first one is the garage. It is big enough to have 2 cars at the same time. It has equally spaced windows for ventilation and sunlight. It has a staircase that leads to the lower level.

There is a common staircase between the garage and metal workshop to reach on the second floor. A conference room and four offices are neatly planned. The conference room is in the middle of all the offices for better access. A mechanical room and a powder room are sandwiched in the corner. 

This floor plan is designed for terrain-type houses. The lower floor has a workshop, canning kitchen, and wide porches.

The workshop can be converted into any space according to the owners’ needs. The canning kitchen on the left has a one-wall kitchen and a u-shaped countertop. It is designed in keeping the workers in mind. It has enough space to put extra seats. Also, there are two covered porches on both sides. They can be used as outdoor seating or can be turned into entertainment zones. With a ping pong table or a chessboard, workers or owners can utilize their free time. All of the rooms have sufficient windows to let the fresh air pass inside the house.
