If you are looking for a farmhouse with an incredible porch, this house might be the perfect house for you. This classic farmhouse was given two different beautiful exterior layouts depending on a client’s preference. Both designs are classic and exude sophistication. They will definitely meet your standards of a dream house.

The first house layout gives the farmhouse a sophisticated look, basking in all the glory of a mustard yellow and grey roof, and all the windows tinted. The second house layout gives the farmhouse a classic look, with the railing surrounding the whole house, giving the entire place a traditional feel.

Floor Plans

The main highlight of the house is its wrap-around porch, which is very spacious. It is furnished with armchairs and a table overlooking the lush greenery, making it ideal for hosting a party or watching your kids playing in the grass below on a Sunday afternoon. You can also put a mini living room and some pieces of living room furniture to make it more comfortable.

The house’s interior is very cozy and homey. It might not be that spacious, with a little bit of knocking knees with some objects here and there, but it would be excellent for a small family or young couple. The walls were painted grey to give emphasis to the mosaic of stone by the fireplace in the living room.

The open-plan kitchen is located across the living room. The dining room is next to the kitchen to ensure ease of serving food during mealtimes. Next to it is a shared bathroom for the home’s sanitary needs.

The house was built with stone and metal sidings. Though it may seem sturdy-looking already, we would still like to recommend a steel frame structure, to make the house long-lasting and durable against any harsh weather conditions.
